Hi,

I'm Nicole Rose, yoga instructor, healthy lifestyle enthusiast, and optimist.

With 10 + years in healthcare, as a cardiology nurse practitioner, I understand how important it is to take care of your body. After all....you only get one!

People often ask me

"How did you develop a passion for yoga?"

Well, it was one fine day in 2017. Working long, stressful hospital hours and finishing up my doctorate degree in nursing...life was moving fast!
Before I knew it, fatigue and an overwhelming amount of stress and anxiety became part of my daily norm.
I was doing a great job taking care of everyone and everything, except myself. I needed a change. I signed up for the nearest yoga class. I had little to no expectations, thinking I would just spend this time stretching quietly in the back of the room. I was wrong! This class was the best workout of my life, a sweaty detox like no other! It was exactly what I needed.
Not only did I get a great physical workout, but a much needed mental workout. I learned to "let go" of stress. Let go of the overwhelming to-do list in my head, and just "be" present, in the moment, on my mat.
Since that fine day in 2017, I began studying yoga practice and yoga philosophy. I completed 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019.
I remain intrigued, a lifetime yoga student, currently working toward obtaining my 500 hour yoga teacher training certification.

This journey brings me here to you!

Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. I am happier, healthier, and have so much more energy. I am here to share my yoga practice with you!
